The combination of an industry standard technology with a robust payment process ensures accurate payments sites. Errors are minimized by our quality control process combined with technology’s ability to manage changes in data, information and amendments. All information going in and out of the payments system goes through a QC process to ensure compliance with payment terms, benchmarks and executed agreements.

Communication

Clear communication is critical to reduce the Site frustration with the payments process. At ICE Global, all study-specific correspondence is tracked and managed through a single location – allowing our staff to directly communicate with clients and participating Sites, globally. An essential element of our transparent communication with Sites includes comprehensive remittance details associated with each payment – which facilitates an efficient Site reconciliation.

Review and Approval

Providing high quality and accurate Site payments is paramount to the Client and Site relationship. To that end, ICE Global utilizes a multi-pronged review process to ensure adherence to mutually agreed upon contractual terms and conditions.

Flexible Funding Options

Just in Time

Through our just-in-time model, ICE Global's clients supply Site funding just ahead of processing payments to Sites. This allows for heightened visibility to know the specific amount of funding to be released to participating Sites during each funding cycle throughout the duration of the study.

Pre-Funded

Our pre-funded model eliminates the need to process funding each time Sites are paid. This creates additional flexibility when responding to ad hoc and one-off situations where Sites may need to be paid in an expedited fashion. A monthly reconciliation is supplied after payments are completed, and the account is replenished when the remaining balance is insufficient to cover the projected funding required in the next payment cycle.
